Last month I had the pleasure to work with White Shark Media again, this time creating a social media marketing campaign for recruitment purposes.
The campaign consisted in 4 motivational videos featuring different sales representatives and even the CEO of the company, explaining the benefits of starting a sales career in White Shark Media. There was also an explainer video of how the company worked and 7 photo ads for Facebook.
The idea was to appeal young people who just finished their college degree to start a career with them, so all the pieces had to be very fresh and fast-paced. We highlighted the orange and blue as main colors for the campaign because those were part of their brand identity.
